Our affable and accommodating gondolier told us stories, educated us on little known details about the canal and the marina, and even tenderly serenaded us as we cruised along the glassy calm water. We opted for the fireworks cruise during which our gondolier expertly maneuvered us to a special spot where we had the absolute best vantage point for watching the fireworks all to ourselves. The gondola cruise was everything we’d hoped it would be as we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. It was definitely a memorable night!
